We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, and Spain, and are constantly working to expand our delivery zones.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours once payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details after dispatch.

Delivery estimates:

  • US: 3–7 business days
  • UK: 10–14 working days
  • Spain: 10–14 working days

Times may vary due to customs or unexpected delays.

Nope! Standard shipping is completely free for all orders, everywhere.

Absolutely. Every order includes tracking, and details will be emailed once your order ships.

Most orders arrive duty-free in the UK, US, and Spain. However, if local customs require taxes or import fees, those are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Refunds

Frequently asked questions

To qualify for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including all tags and packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

You cannot return underwear, swimwear, earrings, items marked as Final Sale, or anything showing wear, stains, or alterations.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, colour, or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

  1. Contact us via email using our contact form (subject: “Returns”) within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll arrange a free return and refund once confirmed.

  3. We’ll send you return instructions and the correct return address.
  4. Pack your item securely using original packaging.
  5. Send it using a tracked delivery service and keep proof of postage.

Due to some returns being sent overseas, there may be longer processing times. We’ll provide the return address once your request is approved.
